Did my order go through?

You will receive a confirmation mail as soon as your order has been received.

How do you know that my package has been sent?

As soon as you have received your 'dispatch confirmation' email with your tracking number, you will know that it has left our store on this date. With this tracking number you will be able to track your package.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need to create an account to place an order. However when registering an account you will not have to fill in your address details in the future and you will always be able to check your order history as well as your current order process. Furthermore, pl-line works with a points system for returning customers. For each €20,00 spent by returning customers, they'll earn 1 point, if customers reach the amount of 50 points, pl-line will reward the customer with a voucher worth €50,00. These points run parralel with the in-store purchases.

How do I return an item?

We gladly will refund you any purchase made within 14 working days from receipt. All returns must be sent via registered mail in their original condition, to the address below:

We will refund any costs that you have paid to us with the exception of postage and packing. Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, this will not apply if the items have been worn or washed. In this case we reserve the right to return the goods to the customer at their own cost.

Which payment methods are offered?

All payments are checked by our payment provider multisafepay. We offer all payment methods listed at the bottom of the page. For more information go to "Secure payment environment".

Delivery and returns

1. Who is responsible for the shipping costs of the returns?

Pl-line is not responsible for the shipping of the returned products nor the costs thereof. We recommend that you always send the returns by registered mail.

2. When will I receive the money on my returned order?

If we receive the product in good order, a refund will be granted within 5 business days. You will always receive email about this. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days after receipt of the refund confirmation via mail.

3. When will my order will be shipped?

Orders placed before 1pm monday to friday will be shipped the same day. If you place an order with us during the weekend, it will be shipped this monday. Ups collects our packages every working day before closing. If no shipping status yet available, please try again later. This does not mean that your order was not shipped unless otherwise communicated. Ups does everything they can to update the shipping status of each package as quickly and carefully as possible.

4. Can I return a product?

This is of course possible. In your order you will find our return form, please fill it in and indicate if you want to exchange or finally return the product. The product must be returned within 14 days and be unworn condition. Pl-line is not responsible for the shipping of the returned products or the costs thereof. We recommend that you always send the returns by registered mail.

5. How will my order be shipped and how much are the costs?

We ship worldwide and use the service of UPS. Shipping costs are indicated during the ordering process. For orders outside the EU taxes and duties can be charged for the buyer.
