We ship worldwide and use the service of ups. shipping within the netherlands is free for orders above 80 euro. shipping costs for other countries are indicated during the ordering process. Orders placed before 1pm monday to friday will be shipped the same day. if you place an order with us during the weekend, it will be shipped on monday. UPS collects our packages every working day before closing. if no shipping status is available yet, please try again later. this does not mean that your order was not shipped unless otherwise communicated. ups does everything in order to update the shipping status of each package as quickly and carefully as possible. All our orders are standardly packed with love luxuriously by our employees and supplied with a personal note. share your order on social media using the hashtag #plline. As mentioned under "delivery and returns" on the "frequently asked questions" page, it is possible to return your order within 14 days *. the basic requirement with which the returned product must comply are as follows: all items must be returned new and unused with attached both the brand card and pl-line price sticker. Returned items that do not comply with this may be refused by pl-line. these are then sent back to the consumer. the costs will be billed to the customer. Underwear and swimwear must always be wear on own underwear. Bags and accessories must be returned with the enclosed authenticity tickets, dustbag, and other included items like extra belts and the like. Shoes all shoes must be fitted on surface substrates until you are sure of your purchase. all shoes must be returned in the original box, where the box is part of the product. returned shoes with damaged box may be refused by pl-line. PL-line is not responsible for the shipping of the returned products nor the costs thereof. we recommend that you always send the returns by registered mail.
Exchange of products
If the ordered product meets all your expectations but the size does not be completely correct, then it is possible to exchange the product. please contact our customer service to check availability of the product required and reserve if available. please fill in the return form and indicate the size you want. here you are also responsible for the method of delivery of your returns and the costs. we take our account for sending the right size.
* the 14 days start from the moment the order is sent. ** the refund of your order will be started within 8 business days. depending on your own bank, it may then take a few days before it is visible on your account
