As an authorised online distributor for all of the designers we feature, we guarantee that every item we sell is 100% authentic.


Can I get more product information?

Do you have more sizes available?

All sizes of all products in-store are displayed on our website as well. If a particular product is sold out, it is not possible to order this again. However, it is possible that we choose to re-order a size range of a product again during the season.


Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need to create an account to place an order. However when registering an account you will not have to fill in your address details in the future and you will always be able to check your order history as well as your current order process. Furthermore, PL-Line works with a points system for returning customers. For each €20,00 spent by returning customers, they'll earn 1 point, if customers reach the amount of 50 points, PL-Line will reward the customer with a voucher worth €50,00. These points run parralel with the in-store purchases.


How do I return an item?

We gladly will refund you any purchase made within 14 working days from receipt. All returns must be sent via registered mail in their original condition, to the address below:

We will refund any costs that you have paid to us with the exception of postage and packing. Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, this will not apply if the items have been worn or washed. In this case we reserve the right to return the goods to the customer at their own cost.


Did my order go through?

You will receive a confirmation mail as soon as your order has been received.


How do you know that your package has been sent?

As soon as you have received your 'Dispatch Confirmation' email with your tracking number, you will know that it has left our store on this date. With this tracking number you will be able to track your package.
